Originally from South Carolina, Andrea completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Gender Studies at the College of Charleston. Through community activism and volunteer work, she became inspired to pursue mental health as a profession, earning her degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of South Carolina. Andrea is a trained EMDR therapist with established experience working with special populations, including those suffering from addiction and complex trauma. She is passionate about helping clients address issues such as childhood sexual abuse, eating disorder, chronic depression/anxiety, and family trauma.
