Located on a large estate in the heart of San Antonio, Innova Grace provides residential trauma treatment in an atmosphere that feels like home. Whether you are practicing yoga on the deck or laying by the pool, you will find a space of your own.
Innova is Joint Commission Accredited, with therapists trained in EMDR+. Our clinicians employ only empirically proven techniques. We are committed to excellence in all that we do to ensure you get the best residential treatment possible.
Combined with empirically-based cutting-edge therapies, Innova Grace provides yoga, meditation, fitness, music therapy, art therapy, experiencing somatic treatment, and lots of outdoor options for recreational therapy.

We know that it can be a tremendous sacrifice to leave your job, home, and family to come to treatment. Respecting your time and your desire to heal, we maximize every day that you are at Innova Grace by offering a designed curriculum to provide you with therapeutic groups. We offer 3 individual therapy sessions per week. Therapists and direct care staff are also available intermittently for coaching and support. for anything that may come up through your journey at Innova Grace.
