We will complete an initial screening consultation at no cost to you. Your conversation with us will be personal and confidential. Our expertise in trauma treatment and behavioral health concerns can allow you to feel comfortable in knowing that you will be receiving the answers that you need to make the most informed choice about the available care options.
If it is determined that our inpatient behavioral health center is the right step for you, we will work with you to set up payment and travel arrangements for your stay with us. Our website has helpful info for your loved ones to help them prepare for your stay.
Once payment and travel arrangements have been made, we await your arrival to begin your journey to healing. Because every journey is different and many factors can impact the amount of care that is needed or allowed, it is difficult to say how long your stay ultimately will be. However, we assure you that we will be communicating with you every step of the way to make sure you are well taken care of.
We want to reduce as many barriers to receiving care as possible, including financial ones. Most insurance
companies cover the costs of our trauma treatment center, and we have staff dedicated solely to processing
claims and advocating on behalf of clients for mental health services. We do not accept Medicare or

Innova Grace is proud to offer a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for those who would prefer to return to their own home at night. Our PHP features the same quality of care as our full-time program and can be just as effective for the right patients, particularly for those who have already completed residential trauma treatment.
